Our Code of Conduct (a.k.a. 10 Commandments of ARC) is and has always been as follows:

So, you want to join ARC? (PS3 & Xbox360)
A few things you should know first, before considering your application to ARC-

1) You've got to be good. (whether its Editor Races, CTF, Ordered, Unordered, Circuit Races, or all of the above & more- we welcome diversity in driving skills)

2) You've got to have a good attitude- after all, we are all here to have FUN. Be respectful of your fellow riders & be a good sport!

3) You must play online regularly. If I don't see you for a significant amount of time, your name may be removed from the list, in the interest of remaining current. If your name IS removed from the member list, and you have been on extended leave, come see me. I'll be happy to reinstate you.

4) You must have a Microphone. Communication is important.

5) You must know us, and race with us regularly. If we don't know you, and you come out of the blue one day, asking to be in ARC, don't even bother. Get to know us first- then you will have a better idea of who we are, and we will know who you are.

6) You MUST be Respectful of other ARC members. If you have issues with other ARC members, either resolve it, or talk to me- I will be happy to mediate any issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, then maybe it's time you started your own club. We are all here to have fun, so leave your drama out of my club.

7) You must be MATURE & RESPECTFUL of other clubs and individuals within the MCLA community. We have alliances with MOST of the major respectable clubs. If you have issues with other clubs, other individuals, or issues with being social online, then ARC is not the place for you. We are high-profile within the MC community. We are tolerant and respectful of others online. If others are disrespectful to you, ignore, mute and block them. We can't make everyone happy all the time, but we try. Our goal is to have fun with this series and those we meet, and we welcome worthy competition.

8) You MUST have completed the game to the point where you can purchase cars for FREE. ALL ARC's have completed the game. All ARC's are required to RACE: Exotics, Tuners, Muscles.

9) WE ARE NOT A DRIFT CREW. WE ARE NOT A DRAG CREW. WE ARE NOT A VINYL CREW. WE ARE A RACING CREW. This means, we race checkpoint races, ALL THE TIME. Our skills are sharpened and perfected over time with experience. If all you know how to do is go in a straight line, ARC is not for you. If all you know how to do is slide sideways around corners at slow speeds, ARC is not for you. If all you know how to do is vinyls, ARC is not for you. WE DO IT ALL- Drag to the first checkpoint, Drift every corner until we get to the red dot, and we look good doing it.

10) All new ARC members are subject to a 30 day probationary period. If I determine you are not a good representative of our ways and rules, you will be asked to leave the club/find another club/start your own club. ARC is not for everyone.

11) IMPORTANT: WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHEATING. If you need to cheat to win, ARC is definitely not for you. If you are caught cheating while representing ARC, you will find yourself out of the club. Our primary goal since MC2 Online is to establish a fun and fair atmosphere that welcomes all honorable racers - No matter who they are or what club they represent.

If you think you have what it takes to uphold the tradition of ARC and "Be the better driver" - Join us online and let us see what you've got. We are always looking for worthy drivers to increase our skills and better our team.

As an ARC member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

1) All ARC members are considered LEADERS, this means you have power to refer applicants to be tested. With this power comes resposibility. If you spot talent in the races, and that talent is interested in joining ARC, You may refer them to me to be tested and granted access into ARC. It will then be your responsibility to inform me via msg in game or via the forum or voicechat of the applicants name and any comments you have regarding them.

2) You are given the opportunity to race and train with some of the best that MC series has to offer. This is a great way to increase your skills & learn critical driving tips, while having fun!

3) You can be confident that your racing experience will be improved, due to the fact that we are a well respected organization with allies in almost all clans, and are in good relations with almost all of the MC racing community. (Can't make everyone happy all the time... but we try! ...as for the haters out there, we got nothin' for ya. But keep it up, we enjoy the free advertising.)

4) You will have the ability to participate in Midnight Club Historical events that will be recorded for future generations of Midnight Club racers.

5) You are given the opportunity to compete with MCLA's finest and encouraged to make your mark on MCLA History by participating in our events, carshows and goal attacks/leaderboard challenges.

Each ARC applicant is evaluated in several ways including attitude, racing skills and knowledge of the game by me, ARC_Red_Asphalt (PS3) or ARC_Saleen_S7 (Xbox360 recruiter).

Once accepted into ARC, you are encouraged to participate in ARC events, Register on the forum and encouraged to join us, and be part of the galactic family. If we don't see you, race with you, and get to know you, then why bother joining?

As the founder of Alien Racing Club, I (ARC_Red_Asphalt) reserve the right to ask any existing member of the alien racing club at any time to leave the club, if there are problems that cannot be resolved within reason. I expect ARC members to live up to the 10 commandments and our creed while representing ARC. My philosophy is to live the example that others may follow.

Remember, as an ARC member, you are required to conduct yourself as though you are a leader. That is the tradition of the Alien Racing Club. Thank you for your interest.

NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEW MEMBERS JUST BY ASKING US ONE DAY OUT OF THE BLUE. GET TO KNOW US FIRST, HANG OUT WITH US. IF WE DO NOT KNOW YOU, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

ARC is not for everyone, but rather the truely dedicated, mature and skilled players of this series. Most of ARC are adults. As such, you are expected to conduct yourself and your affairs online with a very high standard & level of maturity. Especially if you are an ARC member and not an Adult.

Be prepared for an interview relating to your knowledge and experience with the Midnight Club Series followed by a driving test.
